A middle aged man who was born in a small place in Cape Breton Island. Growing up I never expected to accomplish some of the things I have managed to do. I have 2 awesome kids who thrill me regularly with their wit and charm. I have traveled over a good portion of the globe while working and earning a great living. I have had great friends and more fun times than I could possibly remember.
But … always has to be a but … I never expected to struggle as much as I have or have so many failures in my life. I have a failed marriage and many failed relationships. I have also struggled many times with work and friendships. And there has been more than a fair share of tears spilled over these failures.
So my plan is to write on a weekly basis giving my personal opinion on selected topics as well as providing links and data from more informed sources. I am hoping to provide young people with information to help them make some key important decision in their young lives. Or maybe someone finds a link I use that helps them in some way. I am also hoping young adults and parents will find something helpful they can use in their lives.
It would be great to receive feedback and suggestions from people who read this in hopes of improving the final product. If someone out there is looking for information on a particular topic please feel free to message me and I would do my best to incorporate that as soon as possible
